All memberships include access to designated studio shooting areas and shared amenities, subject to availability. Memberships do not include exclusive use of the entire facility. Additional rental time and special production needs can be arranged separately.

  • Members can reserve any available designated shooting space, including 254 Window, 254 Kitchen, 256 Product Bays, and 256 White Studio. Each reservation includes use of the selected space and shared studio amenities, not exclusive use of the entire facility.

  • Studio Access members may book up to 14 days in advance, Studio Plus members up to 30 days, and Studio Resident members up to 60 days in advance. All reservations are subject to availability.

  • Studio Access and Studio Plus members may book in one-hour increments during evenings and weekends. Weekday bookings require a two-hour minimum. Studio Resident members reserve full studio days.

  • Studio Access and Studio Plus members may roll over up to 50% of their unused monthly hours. Rolled-over hours must be used during the following month and cannot accumulate beyond that period. Studio Resident days do not roll over.

  • Studio Access and Studio Plus reservations require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without losing membership hours. Studio Resident reservations require seven days' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows result in forfeiture of the reserved time.

  • Yes. Studio Access members can purchase additional hours at $65/hour, and Studio Plus members at $55/hour, subject to availability. Additional time for Studio Resident members can be arranged directly with Studio 254.

  • Absolutely. Memberships are designed for photographers and creatives producing professional work, including portraits, headshots, branding sessions, and product photography. Members are responsible for their clients and guests while using the studio.

  • Memberships include access to the reserved shooting space and designated shared amenities. Specialized equipment, set builds, styling, production crew, and additional services can be arranged separately.
